So...I also have a "support group" of friends with fibro on twitter, and a couple of them have shared this idea with me, so I'm sharing it with you all as well. A few have them have tried drinking coconut water regularly, and due to its high level of potassium and electrolytes, it has helped them with their fibro pain. You have to have a serving every day for a couple of weeks, but after that, they noticed a difference. One even says that when she is in pain, and the pain is below a 5, she'll drink that, and it'll help. I personally, just bought some at Whole Foods. It tastes delicious, and not that much like coconut. If you do decide to try it though, make sure you get the pure stuff, nothing with added sugars or anything else. I'll post again about my results with it, but if any of you want to try something new that isn't a medication, I say, go for it!
