What super-power would you most like to have, and why? I hear the grandkids talking about super-heroes, and magic powers and it makes me chuckle. The little ones truly believe that we can climb walls if we just get suction cups on our

So, if the kids can believe in super powers, then why not us? What super-power would you like to have? Gosh, there are so many possibilities. If I still had young ones at home I would like to have a built in thought detector so I could know what they were thinking when I asked who left the door to the chicken coop open! Gosh, no body did just happened. They were pretty good at covering for each other.

But since I'm at this age the super power I would love to have is to be able to communicate with dogs and cats. I think it would be hilarious what they think of us. I mean owners spend more on a doggie dress than I spend on an entire winter wardrobe! And some dogs have these beds that are suspended like a hammock and others have special steps for getting on the owner's bed! Can you imagine??!! tongue But I want to know what's going on inside that furry soup-bowl.

What super power do you want and why?

I think mine would be being invisible. Would be fun walking around without being seen, run around butt naked , HA!
I struggle with FM,Raynauds Syndrome, gastroparesis, IBS and depression. I trust in God with all things. Been a tough journey and it's not getting any easier but thanks to God and my family I am not alone.

I'd love to be able fly, it would be an incredible feeling of ultimate oneness with nature...
feeling the sun on my face, breeze through my hair, soaring high above the treetops.

I would want to fly and be like solid steel so I can protect those I love or who needed it from a bullet or falling building, etc.   Then fly to save them and just for fun.

Other occupations: heartburn fighter, migraine massage therapist, fibromyalgia trainer, sinus plummer, allergic vet, weather girl and jar pickles loosener.

Translation: I have heartburn, IBS, fibromyalgia, migraine-like headaches, sinus issues, allergies to cigarette smoke, perfume and animals, sensitive to weather-body heat issues and possible RA in hands, wrists and feet.

Ha ha funny you should bring this up, I was just thinking the other day that since my youngest child is going to be 7 on June 4th that maybe I should give up some of my super powers! Like my eyes in the back of my head, my super sonic hearing, the fact that I know when my kids are too cold etc, Seriously though I think I would want to be able to fly, in fact I have always dreamed that I could. Ever since I was a kid I usually fly in my dreams. Not always high up in the sky just usually kind of like floating, ya know? Maybe I was a bird in a past life or a pteradactyl (SP?)

I would like to have the power to make everyone be kind and considerate to one another. I have a teenage DD, and the trauma that kids put each other through in high school (and just people in the world in general) makes me sad. shakehead

I like yours, Austenfan. The power to stop all the madness in the world and make everyone compassionate toward one another. What a daydream that is, though, unfortunately.
