Welcome WannaSew. Ouch! That was a bad accident. People using cell phones while they drive are so dumb and inconsiderate. I'm sure others will be along to welcome you. This being a holiday week end it is a little slow here.

I try to plan ahead for dinner and do as much as I can earlier in the day while I still have energy. I wash and dry the lettuce and put in a ziplock bag. I wash and chop any veggies I am putting in the salad or planning on cooking. I am a big fan of the crock pot. I look for recipes for chicken and pork mostly. I even set the table early if I am having company and get all the serving bowls/plates out and any serving utensils I'll need. I even make little notes telling what goes in where.

You have come to a wonderful place. The people here are awesome! Looking forward to hearing from you again.

Hi WannaSew,

Welcome to the HealingWell Fibromyalgia forum!!! You definately have come to a great site where everybody is so kind and supportive. I am sure that you will learn a lot from shared experiences and hopefully be able to share some of your own experiences.

Keep posting and know that everybody here cares about you.

If you get a chance, check out the thread called fibro101. It is the second thread on the page. There is a wealth of information there and some interesting topics too.

Hugs, Karen

Greetings, WannaSew,
Your name rings a bell with me, because - as with cooking - I love the idea of sewing, but don't have the patience (or stamina, anymore) to actually do it!
This really is a wonderful forum....everyone is so helpful and caring. And, very often, FUNNY! Humor really is one of the best medicines, if you ask me. And I guess you did, if you're here...ok, I'll stop rambling now. Welcome.
