Do you have a cane? I bought one at the drug store that collapses so I could take it with me when I travel. This would help take pressure off both knees.
Be sure to take your medication with food. That will help protect your stomach and help with the acid reflux and heartburn.

Get busy doing something you enjoy doing, whether it be reading, working on the computer, or watching a good movie. Dig out the gentle stretching exercises in Fibro 101 and print it out so you have it with you in your easy chair. You can do most of these without your knees and this might help you feel better, too.
While you are resting, make a list of all the great things in your life. I would be willing to bet that the list would be f-a-r longer than a list of the bad things happening. So rejoice! Tomorrow is another day and you will be up and about soon. Feel better, Sheila!
