It is campus closure days and I have today and tomorrow off.  Yippee.  I just chopped down a diseased Oleander using clippers and a battery powered saw.  It is on the south side of the house and hotter than blazes out there.  It is time to rest before I overdo it ha ha (my way of pacing)!
I felt sorry for the tree and apologized to it.  A lime tree is going in its place.
I am considering going swimming in my underwear!  cool    Only thing: the migrant farm workers are next door working in the vineyard and I am not sure if they can see in my back yard.  There is a big bush by the pool, so maybe . . .

Enjoy your swim! As for shocking your neighboring workers, it depends on your underwear. Do be careful though, I remember jumping into a pool wearing my undies when I was a teen (it was only us girls) and finding that cotton undies don't really stay on when they get wet. I hadn't intended to skinny dip and was teased for months.

I like your apologizing to the tree. I do stuff like that too. Hope you didn't overdo it too much!

Our pool  (a blue 3' cheapie but it works) is a definite no-no for undie swimming but the hot tub is in an anything goes area  tongue
