Snacking is a HUGE problem for me. I've decided that I have no will power, and the only way to avoid snacking on junk food is just not to buy it and bring it in the house.
I used to say I was buying it for my daughter, but she has gained a couple of pound this summer (going from 108 to a whopping 111
) and doesn't want to continue the path either. I'm not a very good example, *sigh*
My goal is to try not to bring junk food into the house.
