Oh my gosh! If I wore flip flops for more than 2 minutes, I would be bed-ridden for weeks! I have a pair of Chaco's sandals that I bought at a running shoe store, and they are fabulous, although not the most stylish things I have ever worn.

1200 mg. Asacol 3 times daily for Crohn's, 12.5 mg. Savella per day along with Tramadol for pain for the Fibro, and right now, not much for the PA.
I'm not going to take this lying down.

If you absolutely MUST have a pair of cheap flip flops for the gym or whatever reason, try to get the ones with thicker foam soles that are higher in the heel. I have found them easier on the feet than the flat cheap flip flops.

All I wear are house slippers, Adidas and Dansko's... I have really flat arches and the dansk's were recommended to me by my floot and ankle specialist... Love them if I have to get dressed up and I have a pair of sandals I love too. Mostly the tennis shoes though when I go out casual.

I have small feet as well, a size 5 so it's hard to find adult shoes for me.

But I love Clark's as well and recently bought my first pair of Crocs.
I bought some cute looking sandals as I didn't like the big bulky looking clogs and I have to say that I love them.
They are very comfortable.

I went to a shopping outlet center in Edinburg , IN
and bought 5 pairs of Clark's for $150, what a deal!
And my crocs were on sale as well.
So I was the shoe queen for the day. LOL!

I am newly Dx with Fibromyalgia and am having the worst time with shoes. My go to shoes have been sketchers but they are now "crowding" my toes and max out at size 11. Additionally, I am 6' tall and wear a size 12, used to be able to get by with 11W ot 11.5. I am not experiencing any visible swelling in my toes but they hurt constantly as do the soles of my feet but the toes feel crowded in every pair of shoes I own. Unfortunately, I work and cannot go barefoot or in slippers all day. Any advice would be appreciated.
