Hey everyone. Hope you are all having good days.
I think I've overdone things a bit, that tends to happen when I'm feeling good. I've been doing great the last two weeks! It is so thrilling to actually enjoy summer! :)
Unfortunately, the exhaustion seems to have taken over. I hope that I just need a few good nights of sleep. Until then - would anyone like to share their suggestions for getting through the day (and evening) without falling asleep? I do know that caffeine does NOT work for me when I get like this, it's like the opposite happens.
