OK, so I'm really, really desperate for some relief to this fatigue! I read through the Fibro 101 and saw that malic acid and magnesium is suggested. Have many of you all here used this? What kind of relief, if any, did you experience? I'm having a hard time getting through my days lately, and need some serious help. I had a weekend with the sis in laws last weekend, and it really took me down a peg or two!! I usually bounce back from fun overload pretty quickly, but this time I can't seem to function.

1200 mg. Asacol 3 times daily for Crohn's, 12.5 mg. Savella per day along with Tramadol for pain for the Fibro, and right now, not much for the PA.
I'm not going to take this lying down.

Missmissy, I use this and it has really helped me. I started with just one and day and gradually increased it to 2 and one half a day. It has helped with my pain. If I don't take it for a day or two I can tell the difference. Just start slowly with it. My doctor o.k.'d my using it. I also went to a lecture given by a rhuemy and he said it helps some people with fibro. Good luck.
