Chelation therapy

Has anyone ever tried or know any one who did chelation therapy?

Hi Tulips....I have a friend who went through months of expensive chelation therapy treatments for Lyme disease and it did squat.  It is another one of these mircale cures that claim to filter toxic heavy metal out of our systems.  It it used to cure everything from MS to heart disease.  There is no proof that fibro is caused from heavy metal poisoning.  IMHO...a waste of money and time.

I found an interesting site with good information on studies of this medication. Hope is sheds some light...
