 Do you guys get them? I haven't had something like that in probably 20 years since I was haveing kids and now I have had 2 in 3 months either that or it's not going away.

Everytime I have had to take cipro I have gotten a UTI. Not fun

 ***diagnosis: high blood pressure, gastritis, fibromyalgia, hepatitis (SVR/cleared),  disc problems in neck, depression, anxiety & stress, cervical headaches, porphyria-PCT, IBS
 ***meds: metroplol 25mg, zoloft 150mg, gabapentin 300mg 3x a day zocor , (soma, fioronal, tramadol, as needed).
 ***other supps: calcium, vit D 2,000-4,000 per, milk thistle, vit C &E, acidopholos (sp?),  
CO-Q 10,  flax or fish oil, ginsing, magnesium, B complex,

I'm not prone to them (knock on wood) but you could try drinking watered down cranberry juice each day. It helps keep the bladder a little more acidic, and doesn't allow the bacteria to gain a foothold.
