High school days, what are some of the nicest things you did in high school for OTHERS and not for your own benefit?
I led a prayer group and we kept moving locations because of the "no religion" rule and kept getting told we couldn't pray.
Another thing I did, is my biology teacher took paternity leave. I found out (through the janitor LOL) when he was going to be back, and the janitor let me in before the teacher got there. Anyhow, this teacher always kept his blinds closed til it was time for a movie or something and I found out they had a girl (janitor lolol). So I made this big banner on the computer saying "Congratulations!!!! Its a girl!!!" and taped it to the window that I knew would open halfway through class. I also left a present on his desk, and decorated it a little with balloons and confetti. I didn't go too crazy with confetti, I didn't want to get in trouble LOL! He pulled me aside after class and thanked me. The present: I'm tired of getting everything that everyone else does (clothes, furniture, etc) so I be tactiful and for everyone I buy diapers and wipes with a few other essentials like thermomter, nose sucker (haha dont remember name of it), grooming, bathing, etc). Its always a winner, and you know its something they truelly will need and use.

I think that you do what is right, give things that you know that they are going to need. For this one, I have to think back. A long ways. lol... So I will post later. I am sure I did something nice for somebody that I should be able to remember. It just has really been a long long time since highschool.

Thanks for the koffee klatch.

Hugs, Karen
