Where have you never been? OK, that sounds a bit silly, but I'm serious! What is one place you want to visit but have never had the chance? And why do you want to go there. This should be an easy topic as we all have places we dream of seeing some day. What is yours?

I'm in a dilemma over 2 places I've never seen so I'll go with the one I've wanted the longest! My place I'd love to visit is Alaska! I love to go to 'out of the way' places and that certainly is out of the way! Remote is good and the scenery and wildlife draws me. I've told hubby that one day we will drag our trailer up the Al-Can Hiway, preferably in May before the huge mosquitoes are out and hungry.

Where is it you've never been and why do YOU want to go there?

Japan-- their culture has always drawn to me, and I can speak their language, love the food too.

A Tropical Rain Forest-- I've always been a sucker for nature- I think a rain forest would be great and full of life. You could probably even find flowers so beautiful that you've never seen. Animals would be fun to watch too.

A carrribean island-anyone of them, lol. I love the water, the beach, and the idea of being away from the hustle and bustle of my real life.

For me out of Country would be Ireland when I was younger I read tons of books about it and have always wanted to see places like the StoneHenge.
Now in Country it would have to be Nashville Tenessee. Beautiful country and home of the Grand Old Oprey.

I would love to go to the UK. I want to see every part of it, including the places Jane Austen lived and wrote. :-)

Chutz, I would love to see the Northern Lights in Alaska. They fascinate me.

I would be interested in visiting Oelde. It is a small town in the North-Rhine area
of Germany. My ancestors on my Dad's side came fom there. My great-great
grandfather came to the U.S. in 1836 with his wife and five children and later had six
more in the U.S.
