Had surgery Wed. to remove torn meniscus. I was concerned about fibro. pain getting worse. Can't tell just yet cause I am on strong pain meds. every 4 hours. I did got more than 4 hours last night and this morning was rough, not only the knee hurting but so was my back and hips.  Time will tell. Say a prayer for me that the fibro. doesn't get worse. Thanks!

Glad you're through it, Sheila, and just take it easy. I'm hoping you will just breeze through it.

I'm glad that is over for you.  I know how much you were dreading that.  You will probably start to notice a big improvement soon and it will be nice that you can get back on you feet!  Glad you are home now and recouperating.  Yes, I'll keep you in my prayers.

Hi Sheila,
I had major problems after my torn meniscus surgery, but it was mostly because the surgeon didn't tell me to start doing exercises immediately! That is SOOoooo important. Do you have PT scheduled yet?
