wow, I never thought I would be the one to keep repeating myself on what something has done for me. I used to have the muscle spasms at night and there were nights I had it in both legs at the same time. I have had nights where it was on and off all night. I was willing to try anything, I did the soap under the sheet and that did help for awhile, however they came back even stronger. Finally a friend suggested magnesium. I bought a bottle at Wal-Mart and I take 400mg daily. I very seldom have muscle spasms at night now and if I do get one it is not even close to as severe as they used to be.
