Last night was the pits.  I woke up at 4 am, felt like air conditioning.  Usually I turn off the ceiling fan at this point, but I hadn't even turned it on because it wasn't hot when I went to bed.  Couldn't close the windows (which aren't even open much) because that would cause more pain.  Couldn't wake hubby to do it because he had to be up for work.  So I laid my winter bathrobe over the blanket, thinking that would do it.  But no, never really went back to sleep, and my body is still giving me grief (and brain is MIA.)  Guess it's time to break out the flannel jammies.  It's not even cold yet.....I hate this stupid disorder!

I must be one of the odd few as I don't mind it extremely hot or cold. I like it real cool at night and use a kero heater
for my mobile home in winter as it's usually between 55-65 inside. Last year we had a severe cold snap and my toilet
froze for the first time. Today, though it's 90 outside and I'm going to figure out how to use the riding mower.

I am one of the few who likes it cold, day and night! I not only sleep with the window wide open, I also have a window fan to pull in the cool air and I only sleep in a tank top. I also need the celing fan on and only sleep in a sheet or a very light blanket. Anything other than that and I wake up in a dripping soaked night sweat. Ick. I HATE summer!!!! I look forward to fall and winter every year! :) I'm weird that way for Fibro, so intollerant to the heat!

Fibromyalgia, low vitamin D, possible back issues, Central sleep Apnea, who knows what else....currently taking Lyrica, Ambian CR, Vit. D, daily multi vit. With Iron, fish oil, and Ibprofin as needed.

It was 76 inside the house when I woke up and I put on my fleece robe :)
My body has gotten used to the high 90's.
