How is everyone doing today???
-I am about a 3-4 would prolly be closer to a solid 3 but I realized (sorry if its TMI) that I have not gone "potty" in days. I tend to forget how long its been. Something tells me its been a week, I may have went once in between. So I took some softners last night, the one with the laxitive built in. In need to see some results today.

Oh, about a 2 or 3. Hubby left for a week of camping and I forgot to ask him to slide some windows shut for me before he left (grrrrrrr.) So, I was standing there considering my options and I got a real strong urge to just go and do it myself, the *&^% with it! (It's not like it's hard.) But I resisted. And because I resisted, my pain won't go shooting up to a 7 tonight (well, not from that, anyway - walking around the block may bump it to a 5. But that's another story - and besides, that's something I'm NOT giving up!! :)
By the way, sorry about your constipation.  I've had lots of experience with that, and know it's very uncomfortable.  Good luck!

Wow, Stacy, if my pain was a 7 I'd have taken my pain pill long ago! I realize not everyone's like me, but if I don't get a hold of it, it just gets worse and is harder to control - and I actually end up taking more. Don't really understand the mechanisms of all this, but that's how it works in my land. Hope you feel lots better soon!

...fibromyalgia, hearing loss, elevated liver enzymes, skin grafting (back), arthritis, scoliosis, lumbar disc damage, sciatica, IBS, migraines, tachycardia, cancer surgeries (face).......I take Nortriptyline & Clonopin daily, and Darvocet as needed

I think I'm like you Debbie...I don't wait for my pain to flare, I take pain medication on a regular basis to try and keep my pain levels steady and manageable. My average pain is a 4 and the occasional flares are usually a 7-8.

I wish I could just wave a magic wand and take everyone's pain away. I've be dealing with a lot of frustration over the last few weeks where my pain is would sure be nice to just go *POOF* and we'd all be well.

Back to dreamland for me!

Meds: Oxycontin, Tramacet, Cymbalta, Cesamet, Flexeril, Clonidine plus Vitamin D + Multi daily
