Here is my list of medications and supplements that I have been taking before my new doctor, (I started the supplements after researching my symptoms):
Apri to regulate my periods.
Omeprazole for acid reflux.
Albuteral for occasional asthma.
Vit. D 2,000 iu daily.
B-12 dots 500 mcg daily.
Mega red omega-3 krill oil 300mg daily,(for inflammation).
Evening primrose oil 500 mg twice daily,(to help clear my acne/inflammation).
Stinging nettle 500mg twice daily,(for inflammation).
Probiotic daily,(helps with my IBS).
Calcium 500mg daily
Melatonin every evening before bed,(sleep aid).
Ibuprofen as needed, which is always. : )
Emergen-c when I feel I need a boost of c.
These are what my new doctor added to my regimen:
Black currant oil three daily, (omega-3 for inflammation).
Robert's formula herb capsules six daily,(for IBS).
Ribo-zest 2tsp. Twice daily for energy.
Cal-Mag Citrate powder 1scoop before bed,(to calm down my itchy, twitchy body while I sleep).
Kavinace capsules 2 before bed,(sleep aid).
Wow! I think that's it for now.
I am going to start going to a yoga studio on Saturday. I do it on occasion at home, but I think I would benefit better from some guidence.
