My "internal thermostat" has definately changed. I am usually hot unless I am really not feeling very good. Every morning between 9 and 11am and every night aroung 9pm I walk up to my kennel and feed (let in or out) my dogs along with the horses. I used to wear long johns or carharts, gloves, hat and scarf. The past 3 winters I rarely even wear gloves.
I wear sweat type pants, a T shirt, hoodie and thick plaid shirt type jacket ...not my heavy barn coat or winter riding jacket or hat.
It is actually nice to not have to get bundled up but I get so hot in the house and the bed is a whole nother story LOL
****FOG alert****I also get night sweats if I have any kind of infection such as a sinus infection, UTI or any other that I can't think of
