I think our self image can take a nose dive after a diagnosis...if we don't take time to realize we are still good people.
If we spend too much time focusing on all the negatives of this new life...the pain and fatigue, it's easy to think that's what we are. We aren't!
Loving ourselves is the most unselfish thing we can do. We love ourselves by doing what we can to help ourseves. We are worth it!!! Taking time to take a walk or soak in a tub or hang out with friends only helps. If we feel better our family reaps the benefits too.
Take time for you each day, you are deserving
