Fibro's are known for being in pain when we wake up in the morning and in the evening also. Often it depends on our medications, if we take them, and when. Maybe we'll have more pain if we have to get up earlier on week days than weekends. But I've been watching my pattern during the days to see when I'm feeling my best...whatever THAT is.
I've noticed that late morning (maybe 10AM - ! or so) and after supper are my best times of day. I try to take advantage of those times but then I feel like when my body is being good to me I'm beating it up again? But that's the only time I can get a lot of physical things done so that's what I do.
Is there a particular time of day that you feel your best and do you take advantage of it?
