I'm sorry you are you are hurting Amz, Sometimes the pain and frustration can be overwhelming...talking to others who experiance chronic pain helps validate your pain...because you know they understand.
Do what you can to distract the pain. I'm flaring today and went to lunch and shopping with friends....it made a big differance. We laughed alot and it helped get my mind off the pain.
I think venting is good...getting things out. Making an effort to do whatever you can to feel better is always a good first step:)
