Hope everyone is doing well. I haven't been on too much lately. I have missed all of you and you have been in my prayers each night.
There has been a lot going on with my family. My mother has been having such a rough time, since the beginning of the yr she has been in the hospital several times. She is home today, which is a good thing. It is her 92nd birthday and she is in such good spirits. She has been in such intense pain, I am so grateful when the pain passes. She has to be the strongest person I know. We will be celebrating her birthday on Sunday, when hopefully all the grands can be there.
We found out my darling husband DID have a heart attack. We had been told that it did not happen, but now they say he did have one. Due to his T1 diabetes, he suffered a 'Silent' HA. Now we have to be even more watchful.
We have beeen filling out papers, papers, and more, papers. Insurance, SS, drs, etc. My DH is so confused by all the papers, questions, typing - He gets overwhelmed, so he starts calling, 'Babe?' I try to do things that require a 'living' brain early in the day, my precious is a night person. I tried to help him w/ typing and gathering info in the evenings. He finally realized how bad my Fibro Fog is. Good grief!!
I had been on 1 med, had a bad reaction to it, stopped the med, but it took several wks to get past the side effects. Then I got the flu followed by bronchitis. The dr gave me another med (different problem) had a problem w/ that, too. Still having nose bleeds and coughing.
I have days when I get really stressed and I try to remember the wonderful advice of my dear ladies here. I practice my breathing, try very hard to stay in the moment and remember 'That this too shall pass'.
Even when I'm not on here, you are all with me. I thank God for each of you. And I keep all of you close to me in prayer.
God bless. Alice.
