Hi Nanilyn and welcome to our fibro family, I am sorry you have so much going on. I could relate to alot of what you were saying as far as the fibro fog. I think fibro fog is one of the things that gets worse the more we worry about
it. I have learned from alot of wonderful people here that laughing at it instead of getting upset helps calm it down some.
As far as SSDI I would think that you might have a fairly good chance of getting it because you have other things going on besides the fibro. The best thing to do is apply and go from there. Most people will get rejected the first time but if this happens get yourself a lawyer and appeal the decision. It is worth fighting for.
With the aching pains that is pretty normal with fibro, I have had fibro for many years and I can honestly say that I don't remember a day where there wasn't some pain, however there will be days where the pain is tolerable and those are the days I look forward too. I live one day at a time and try not to think of the future. I also live by the saying: I have fibro it does not have me. I refuse to let fibro control my whole life.
Please feel free to ask questions, vent when you need too or offer support to others. Hope to hear from you soon.
