I don't get days that I question it. I always know it is there. It is like my shadow.
Do you take a muscle relaxer? That would probably help your neck and shoulders. Either that or some deep breathing or meditation. That really helps. I meditate at night before I go to sleep. It really does help.
Anyway, I hope that you feel better soon. I know all about
that teen stress. lol... They can be trying, can't they?
I forgot to mention stretching. Stretch your neck muscles whenever you can. Take care...
