Ok, I've been walking every day for 8 days (that's good for me) - at least 10 minutes at a pretty brisk pace. I've been taking my Tramadol when I need to, and so keeping more active all the way around. Feeling hopeful. Happy times!
Now I get zonked with a stupid virus. Hopefully just a cold, not THE FLU. Goopy cough, fatigue, runny nose, sickish stomach. You guys know how this is - you can't keep moving when you're sick and tired, so you feel worse...I mean fibro-wise. There's nothing to distract you from it. Ugh!
Did I bring this on because I pushed myself too hard? Here I thought I was strengthening my immune system.
