My GP brings this up occasionally when she is prescribing my pain meds. I say; you are the doc; tell me what you think I should do. Then she generally just writes my script
s and checks my BP (which I am thrilled to say is low normal; it hasn't been anywhere near normal in 30 years. I started taking fish oil supplements; Omega 3 I guess. That's all I can attribute it to. My regular GP can't do much more for my Fibro. Here; no specialists will touch Fibro. I have to emphasize a MVA in which I was the pedestrian target; some 8 yeras ago to get any help at all. I was on cymbalta briefly and never felt better. The pharmacare wouldn't cover it so I cannot afford it. So; we truck onwards with the pain meds. The depression I experience is far more of a problem right now than the pain. I gues one feeds the other. Cheers.
