I appreciate your candid opinions. I am taking it slow with meds. I am not crzy about having to add but I am willing to try and understand that they might not be for me.
I haven't "Slowed" down with activities but increased them by going to water gym classes daily. I have an extremely busy life style with still working a full time job, a 1o yeard old (involved in GS (I am the leader), 4H, Acting and Volleyball with a husband (strained relationship - that Fibro has made worse not pulled us closer). Everything does take longer to do.
I like to write. So for me - the help of these posts and people like you - plus I started a blog (not so much for others but for me to express the day to day issues), and I downloaded a Fibro app to my phone so I can keep track of my symptoms and activities daily so I can see if there are any patterns. Sunday's - are brutal and don't know why yet.
I did sleep for 8 hours last night - would have slept more if the darn alarm and work did not make me get up.
Thanks again. You help more than you may know.
