I have found that if I become inactive, my body hurts much more than if I were just sitting or laying down.
When I first wake up in the morning...wow! It is soooo hard to get moving due to all of the stiffness and soreness. After I'm up for awhile, it tends to get better, especially if I'm doing household chores or running errands. As soon as I settle in for the evening to watch tv with the family, read, etc...Pow! The stiffness and soreness are right back in high gear. This is also true if I spend a rather inactive day.
Does anyone else feel this way or find this to be true?
