Hi, Johnny, and welcome! Do you have fibro? I know my scalp gets sensitive but I don't have any pressure. I'm glad the MRI was clear but I hope you see a neurologist to double check. It could be nerve endings, possibly. I'm not a doctor and am totally guessing here but fibro, they think, is a central nervous problem and how we perceive pain. I know sometimes I feel like something is crawling on me and also like I have water running down my legs. It's all nerves doing this! So this would be something I would get checked out if I were you. I could just be nerves and it sure would put your mind at ease.
Congratulations on stopping weed and cigarettes! That's a HUGE step to better health. I quit smoking cigarettes 32 years ago and sure don't miss them. I don't even want to be around smokers now. And weed very often does lead to other drugs and addictions so you have done a wonderful thing for yourself and should be very proud!
Be sure to check out Fibro 101...the second thread on the forum. There are links to good information about fibro, if you have that, and you will learn a lot there.
I'm looking forward to getting to know you better. Don't hesitate to ask questions because we are here to help you. I hope to hear more from you soon.
