Yes, I have to do things to stay well. In 2008 I came down with a cold and for
a solid year had one every 2 weeks and then would feel okay for a week.
My white blood counts were also very low. After a year I read everything I could
on how to pump up my immune system. Now everyday I take 3000 vit c, kyolic
garlic, probiotic, olive leaf and if I feel like I am coming down with a cold I take
echinacea and umpkwa.
Two years ago I had a serious argument with my husband and the next day came
down with a cold that lasted a month. This was a major wakeup call for me about
the mind body connection, now I let go of stress and the need to be 'right'.
Then this year I felt myself getting sick, but the cold only lasted 3 days and was over.
Other than those two illnesses that is all I have had in the last 3 years and my
white blood cell count is now higher.
