Fog...Insomnia...what a combo
My flare has been winding down, just about
back to the everyday pain level...3-5 so I'm feeling pretty good pain wise. It is funny how everything is relative. My sleep issues and fog are really paying a toll on my cognitive function. I almost feel slap happy or punch drunk. Do you notice how tense your muscles become from the lack of sleep...like they are tied up in knots. Don't know how many times today I did a series of gentle stretching. This whole insomnia thing runs in cycles, I can go a few months of sleeping relatively well to nights where I'm up and down quite a bit.
Talked to my sister on the phone and she asked if I was feeling foggy, I asked how she could tell...she just started laughing.
I'm going to warm up some milk and take a flexeril tonight and hopefully this insomnia cycle will have run its course. Sweet dreams!
