I have been diagnosed with Fibro and all of it's evil friends for only 2 years. I have been dealing with many of it's symptoms for my entire life.
Two years ago: stress, not eating, no excercise, and medications contributed to me putting on 30 lbs.
I began by taking Therapy pool aquatic classes so I could move. I added more water classes including Aqua Gym and Zumba. I now am taking 5 days (6 water classes) a week, and a land Zumba class. I recently signed up for a class that is beyond what I should be doing but I am pushing through it. I am burning calories.
I am eating healthy (grazing throughout the day), drinking my water, doing what I should be doing to lose weight. The scale is still a yo-yo give or take 5 lbs.
I will be hitting menopause soon (which in my family usually comes with 20+ weight gain).
I NEED to lose this weight - just to make me feel better.
