Hello everyone! I'm back after the Christmas break. Kiddos went back to school yesterday and I'm trying ot get myself back in a routine of exercise, chores, etc.
I've often thought that fibro sucks up so much of my time! Like this morning (most mornings)
~get up slowly, stretch and wait for my body to be mobile enough to be actually useful
~spend 45 minutes in front of my blue light (thankfully i have the computer)
~exercise, we all know how good it is for us! Since I'm just starting back again, I'm doing 20 mins, but I want that up to an hour like I used to
~do some housework, slow and steady wirth breaks in between
and now it's lunch time!
that doesn't include the extra stretching, meditation, yoga, massages, how baths and physio I would like to do!
Seriously, we should all live in a spa
