I normally don't make resolutions because to me it's like setting myself up for failure. But I do want to get into shape more. I am not a couch potato or anything like that but I just want to loosen the joints where they don't feel so stiff all the time.
So I started a very low impact exercise routine. I'm talking about
tricep presses and fire hydrant lifts, etc - things that are easy to do with minor difficulty. I am not even doing a lot of them, perhaps 10-15 lifts/presses a day. It's so minor that I figured it wouldn't bother me right? Wrong! From the tricep presses, I activated my Costo - in my back ribs. From the lifts, it feels like I pulled a muscle along the front of my thigh and that is not even the muscle that is worked!
I know that moving and exercise helps with Fibro as well as arthritis but seems that I can't even do that!
