I haven't been on for a while. I seem to be getting that 'exhausted' feeling a lot more lately. I've been going out for walks with my husband or my mum but while we are out i start yawning and feeling shattered then once i get home all i want to do is sleep! Also,i've put on loads of weight with the meds so i bought a dance game for the wii. i can manage to do a couple of dances but always end up with aching shoulders and arms. The trouble is i hate giving up and i don't want to stop doing it as i enjoy it. What do others think-would you carry on or stop doing it? I know that its best to do some exercise so surely its best to carry on and just pace myself????????
