I'm in bed by 10 PM and am awakened around 12:30 AM, 3 AM, and 5 AM. I usually give up by 5:30-6 AM. I use Tylenol and Vicodin to help with pain. So, I will take 2.5 mg of Vicodin at 12:30 so I can get back to sleep. I take two extra strength Tylenol at 3 AM so I can get back to sleep. I'll wake up around 5 AM and I hurt until 6 AM rolls around so I can take another 2.5 mg Vicodin. Once I'm up and moving, the pain eases some.
I wish I had a really good answer for you. Nighttimes are horrible for most fibromites plus we know what we are in for when we first get out of bed. But, I have accepted this and have learned to deal with it the way I explained. I really do not look forward to bedtime.
