We have a cold spell going through, and for some reason its just affected me more than usual; maybe because we had had some relatively warm weather recently. The cold just makes me hurt, and just the temperature change on my skin makes my skin super sensitive; sometimes it feels like Im getting burnt, even though its cold air
Add to that the fact that my IBS is flaring up today for some reason, and all I want to do is curl up under the fluffiest blanket I own. Unfortunately, being a college student, I still have homework to do.
Sorry for the little whine-fest, but I just feel like I complain so much to my BF that he gets tired of hearing it. Theres also a lot of BS going on with his family (brother going through divorce) that the whole house is on edge. I suppose that is where some of my stress is coming from. I keep hearing "You need to get rid of the stress in your life if youre going to feel better," but just exactly does one do that!? Especially when its everywhere! *sigh*
