I've always enjoyed walking...been a super active person most of my adult life and think it has been beneficial.
It is ironic that walking is so good for a body and I have all this crazy stuff going on...I believe I'd be worse off if I wasn't a walker.
Yesterday, I bought a pedometer...my goal is to remain active. My heart has worsened some and I don't want to become sedentary. Wearing a pedometer will motivate me to see how many steps, I can get in a day. I think I will surprise myself. Pacing is something, I will need to do but I'm not giving up! Having this pedometer, I feel like a kid with a new toy.
