Every time I read something like this, I am SO amazed at how closely this follows my own super healthy diet.
And yes ! I'm always thinking about clean proteins, healthy fats, and fewer + longer burning carbs.
Also, yes, I certainly gained a LOT of weight after getting Fibro..... more than 100lbs, while the muscle I used to have in in HS, decreased.
Anyhow, while I totally believe that diet and exercise will help most Fibro people from one degree to another (at least a little, but maybe a LOT} the hard part is actually changing your whole life to follow such a plan, strictly.
