It varies...when I had a ruptured disc, I couldn't do much besides sit or stand, and I was looking for advice, so of course I spent a lot more time on the forum. It's good to give back when I can, but not so good to get bogged down in needless worry. So it's always a fine line.
I still like coming here to share, and give and receive support. I feel like we really are a kind of family! We understand eachother in a way that others can't.
