Yes absolutley! Sitting in one place too long or even for just a few minutes and i stiffen up or my legs get numb. I even get flares ups from sitting!
I also try to constantly switch postions from sitting to standing, maybe walking around a little.
Driving has become aggravating too. I drive out of town alot and ive mad a habit of stopping every so often just to stretch and walk around a little.
What a hassle! It does though become regular practice that im trying to get used to over time.
As for treadmill? Walking, not running or jogging seems to be ok.
I just had to increase the intensity for my stress test.
I too have been waking up at night with intense leg pain and numbness. I never used to wake up with pain in the past.
My legs are getting better than last week.
