Luvsminis, ya' know, its the funniest thing....
I ended up going gluten free, and I wasn't even trying ! My biggest drop off of gluten, happened when I decided to stop eating bread, and bread products.
My grocery list ? Well, a bunch of lean meat, a ton of eggs, fruits, veggies, nuts, silk soy milk, avocados, etc. Of course I eat a small handful of other things, but nothing with any major amounts of gluten.
Long story short, and as I have said many X's > Yes, my stomach issues are completely gone. But I'm still not sure if that had anything to do with going gluten free, as I also eat almost zero dairy products either.
Lest anyone think, "Wow ! Fish must starve himself" ! Uhhhh..... no :) Even with very little high density carbs in my diet, I still manage to eat 3300-4300 cals a day !
PS > And knowing me, I'll get a craving for a bread or pasta of some kind, so will check out the GF flours and see what's available.
Ehhh..... forget that garbage ^. Cravings are all in your head. Feeling great all day is SOOO much better than something that tastes good for a few minutes while your eating it ! :)
On a mission to help at least one person with Fibro / IBS, knock it into submission like I have. More than one person would be even better though ;)
