I just wanted to share with you something I tried this morning: natural sesame oil.
For thirty years I've had a tingling, itchy back, arms, and legs. The itching feels like healing sunburn and/or thousands of insects crawling under my skin. At last I have some relief.
This is not the sesame oil that is used in cooking. That would smell and might not work. Here is the paraphrased paragraph from the book The Hypersensitive People's Suvival Guide:
Warm, organic sesame oil is the only oil that soaks into the seven tissue layers and deeply calms down the nervous system. Do not use this oil if you are hot or if it is a warm summer day. In that case use coconut oil.
This does not smell like sesame oil. It has a pleasant fragrance.
Let me know what you think.
