I read a tip a while back where you can freeze liquid dish soap in a zip-lock freezer bag and use it for "owies," and I thought it was a clever idea, though I haven't tried it yet. I have tried the water/rubbing alcohol mix and have used that, but I still get a 'whiff' of rubbing alcohol, which I don't care for. I think I would prefer the dish soap!
I would guess any liquid dish soap would work, but the post I read this morning suggested Palmolive green liquid. Evidently, after being in the freezer, it molds nicely to wherever you happen to have pain. Just thought I would share that.
