So, I managed four exercise sessions this week. Three days in the pool for over an hour each time, and a 4.5 mile hike. I have noticed no change in pain, aside from the usual aches after working out. I have noticed more overall energy. I also have noticed falling asleep more easily.
This is not a scientific experiment! I would also add that I am predisposed to find success here.
But, I am happy enough with the results to continue to up my exercise.
