Thanks, Paula! I definitely need to look into the Floravit/Floradix supplements; I'm already having trouble with the Cytoxan that they gave me. It's triggering IBS attacks.
I do pretty well charting foods/avoiding those that are major triggers. I've been having a little more trouble lately, though. My attacks are about the same in frequency, but MUCH worse pain-wise, including a couple where I've had pain up under my right ribs. I'm thinking I may need to go get my gallbladder checked again; it's been 12 years since it was checked last. :(
Thanks again, everyone! I've scaled back for the next month or so (with work) to give me some time to get used to all of this, and my friends are learning, as is (FINALLY) my husband. I'm looking forward to a relaxed week next week, with my kids in Kentucky with my inlaws. I do have a girls' day planned (shopping, etc.), but it's with a friend who has CFS, so she knows how to take it easy & not overdo! Other than that, I plan on sleeping in for the four days I can. :) I *was* contemplating going to fireworks here locally on Thursday night, but I'm rethinking that. ;)
