Hey all. Most of you have probably heard me talk about
having knocked my severe IBS, which I had constantly for close to 20 years, into complete remission, and not having had ANY issues with my stomach, whatsoever, for more than 2 years now....
Well, about 1 month ago, out of the blue, things started to "clog" up a little. Uncomfortable... made me feel a little bloated, and my workouts suffered. Then, after about 1 week of that, everything became "really loose".....
Now, never once did I eat something during the day, then have to run for a bathroom. I mean, my "normal daily timing" was just fine.... Its just that when I went, things were not as fully digested as they should have been. I started taking Pepto Bismol tabs, and that helped.
Anyway, after this 1 month ordeal, my stomach appears to be completely back to normal ?
But what the heck was that all about ?
I'd like to think I had some sort of stomach virus or something, which I have finally kicked.... But of course it has made me a bit paranoid, that it will unexpectedly come back, at any time.
Ya' know, I've never said I have "beaten" IBS.... But after complete remission, for more than 2 years, one almost starts to take a blessing like this for granted.
Your thoughts ???
On a mission to help at least one person with Fibro / IBS, knock it into submission like I have. More than one person would be even better though ;)
