Well I had my SS hearing this morning and I thought that I was going to throw up before I went in there, I was so nervous. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and my attorney told me not to worry "he had my back" and he did, thank god!!! Said we wouldn't have a decision for a month or so, but I come out with a win!!!! I am so happy right now, keep wanting to pinch myself, but it hurts to bad.

I hope you get approved.

I'm supposed to be scheduled sometime in the next few months.
Did you have to supeana anyone?

The verdict should be the same if they told you that you won. ;) I pray that holds true for you!!

Couchtater, no didn't have to supeana anyone. I asked my attorney about whether it ws final or not, if the judge can change it, he said that it was on record now and that would be highly unlikely for that to happen. From what the judge said to me, he already had his mind made up before I ever even walked in there from reading my medical records. He really didn't even ask me anything, let my attorney do all the questioning. What my attorney told me was he wold ask me the questions and it wouldn't be anything that I didn't already know the answ to. That kinda scared me, I told him I forget thing, and he assured me that was what he was there for and he knew right when to help me out. Iknow attorney's take a lot of the money, but I don't think I would have felt confident enough in myself to do it on my own.

Congratulations! That's a big hurtle that you have gone over. I'm glad you had an intelligent judge and a good lawyer, too.
