There are many ways to reduce your stress. First thing is educating yourself with some self help books. I get a lot from them. I use those tools I learned to help cope through the day. It can give you some great ideas on ways to reduce your stress. You need to learn how to find outlets to remove yourself from the stress. I like listening to sermons that deal with stress. You can find all this info on the net. Once I reduce my stress I rarely have flares. It does take learning and practice at this.
Yes the own channel on Sunday has some great things to learn from. It remindes me of listening to good sermons on coping with life.
